DeleteOh dear, what a shame, as i have only just accidentally happened upon your blog - while searching for, yes, tomato-based cake recipes - a week and a half too late! I'm laughing so hard the tears are streaming and i am so off my rocker. For a Minnesotan (we've a lotta crossover cuisine) now transplanted to North Queensferry, Scotland, your recipes and writings are a great antidote to the occasional bouts of homesickness. And a super reference for my local pals - i'll be showing everyone at next Monday's birthday cake club. I'm sorry you've stopped the blog, but hope you keep it up for a long time to come. I've some catching up to do.
